An original background concept from the Warner Bros. animated series, "Tiny Toon Adventures" (1990-1994). Featuring a surreal rendering of a futuristic eyeball pedestal, the concept was created by legendary animator and artist Maurice Noble, and was used during the animation process. The painting was created for the "Duck Dodgers Jr." segment of the episode titled "Return of the Acme Acres Zone," a parody of the "Twilight Zone," which aired on February 4, 1991. Noble is a prolific animator with an extremely impressive filmography, who started working at the Disney Studios in 1934 and later MGM, Warner Bros., and Dr.Seuss. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with the image itself measuring 8.5"x12", the artwork is in very good condition with minor discoloration, staining, and edge wear due to age and handling.
