Titled 'Top Hat and Tails,' and 'All Dolled Up,' the figurines were sculpted by Valerie Edwards and released as the 2003 Diamond Anniversary Event Set in a limited edition of 7500. Measuring 4"x3"x4.5" tall and 4"x2.75"x4" tall, the figurines are in fine condition and come with the original 7"x9"x7.25" box and COA.
